I am a certified lactation consultant and visiting new mothers is my daily routine. So, as you can imagine, we women talk, and when we are face to face, we can discuss topics that we would not discuss in public. It is probably part of our Estonian culture that we do not want to talk about some sensitive issues, but we actually should. Constipation is not just the physical problem where you have to deal with bad feelings in your stomach.
So think like this. What happens to a food that starts to go bad in a jar, for example salad? So we imagine that this is now our stomach. First it doesn't taste good, then it starts to smell bad. Okay, so far we're fine, but then, let's say the normal fermentation is over, some bacteria that are normally good start to lack food and start to die. Then comes the part where dead bacteria start to decompose to produce toxins. That's when the game comes in, called bad bacteria replacing good ones. This is when three days of food stays in your gut too long. Toxins are NOT your friends anymore! They enter your body through your single layer cell intestinal wall and attack you.
To make a long story short... get your gut working and process your food in 3 days or less.
How can Black Stuff help?
The answer is simple. First of all, Black Stuff is rich in fulvic acid! So that's a major player here. The whole idea is to help your good bacteria digest food effectively and quickly. So fulvic acid is the wonder substance that acts as a transport unit and quickly helps absorb needed elements from food into the body while providing a cleansing process for the cells.
It's all about the right speed of digestion... Not too slow and not too fast, balance. This is where my story ends. I thought sharing my experience might help someone who is in the same boat.
You are not alone on this journey, and there are ways to find relief and embrace the everyday joys of pregnancy. We wish you all the best on your journey to motherhood!
